code When you decide your organization would benefit from our services, we assign a technical representative to your account. That representative will be available to you on a weekly basis for the amount of time you specify. If you feel your system related tasks will take only a few hours per week, then that is all you purchase. It is similar to hiring your own employee, setting his schedule and benefitting from his work experience and training without all the usual costs associated with the hiring of an additional employee. Since all our work is done from our offices, your organization is spared the overhead such as office space and equipment costs. Software testing and development (if needed) are done on our servers.

  • Primary IT/IS Associate

    This methodology is a suitable option for organizations that currently do not have an employee representing their technology department. When your company elects this option, our representative becomes the primary contact for all your system related needs. Some of our clients prefer this method and refer to our associate as their "IT Guy". This hands-off approach works well for companies that want to focus on their business and let someone else make sure their system is doing what it is supposed to.

  • Additional IT/IS Associate
    In this method we augment your current IT/IS staff with a specific role. more...
    This methodology is more for organizations that already have an individual or department assigned to fulfilling their system needs, but are finding their current workload exceeds their capacity. Using this method, our associate would be brought in as an additional staffer to handle specified tasks that are assigned by the individual or department already in place. Your organization will benefit from additional man-hours available to your technical staff, without the cost of hiring a new employee.
